Anestis Kerzelis is an educator, instructional leader, and clinical faculty member at Montclair State University. Dr. Avi Slivko brings extensive experience as a principal and district leader and currently serves as Director of Human Resources at Middlesex County Magnet Schools in Middlesex County, New Jersey. Together, they bring classroom and district leadership perspectives to support that is practical for teachers and workable for school systems.
Our Story
Classroom Success Solutions grew from a simple idea: turn nearly 30 years of classroom and coaching experience into practical support for teachers. What began as a teacher journal evolved into Classroom Success Simplified, accepted for publication by Routledge/Taylor & Francis.
For Anestis, the project became personal. After almost 30 years in education, he wanted to create something that honored his years of service—and something his family could keep and remember him by.
He kept thinking, “Mr. Holland had his opus. Where’s mine?” This book became his way of bringing together what he had learned through teaching, coaching, and supporting other educators.
Author Anestis Kerzelis and Dr. Avi Slivko then founded Classroom Success Solutions to help new teachers—and teachers working through instructional challenges—put those practices into action through structured tools, mentoring, and support.
